DIY with Nottin Industry

During the third and final week of the COL 4 project, we were joined by Nottin Industry who hosted a Press Shot and Content Creation Workshop for our artists.

We are all about DIY at COL so we felt right at home when Nottin Industry arrived and began building backdrops using only things found in our studio space. We posed in front of a industrial wall of amps, a nostalgic jungle of plants, a maze of mirrors and a variety of textiles, paper collage and props. There was something to suit every style and Nottin Industry worked with us to explore how easy it is to make interesting and authentic content on a mobile phone, without a costly investment. They also took professional press shots for all the artists in colourful and moody lighting.

In the third week of COL, we are usually making the final tweaks to tracks, so this was a perfect time to host an industry day and we are so glad to have had Nottin Industry to support us with this. You can check out some of the results from the day below.
